The static IP address is a network hidden behind your road warrior - 
this network has a netmask of /32, as it's only 1 IP address big.

You will need to set up multiple tunnels though to achieve this, one 
tunnel between the roadwarrior and the gateway, and a second tunnel 
between the network behind the road warrior (the static IP in this case) 
and the network behind the gateway, a third tunnel from the road warrior 
to the network behind the gateway, and a fourth tunnel from the static 
IP address network to the gateway.
