SSH Sentinel (discontinued) is the only IPsec client that supports
DHCP-over-IPsec directly. Alternatively, you could use L2TP and PPP
to retrieve IP addresses from the DHCP server. You would need a
pppd plugin called ppp-dhcp (http://www.netservers.co.uk/gpl/).
