[Openswan Users] duplicating a ipsec config

[dotnoc Support]

these serers should be identical. hardware and software they are both running 
kernel 2.4.25 compiled with the same patch and the same .config file.  running 
l2tp 0.69-9.


it seems strange to me it didnt work..
