The ckec doesn't tell you whether the 2.6 ipsec code is present or loaded.

For 2.6, you cannot (yet)

If it doesnt work, something else is wrong. But ignore the faulty error
message about 'no kernel support' if you have the native ipsec stuff running.

We'll fix the bad error checking soon
