[Openswan Users] not resolve host name

Hello, I have a connection vpn from a remote pc with winxp to a gateway vpn in order approaching to a domain with Win2000 and Active Directory, the connection happens correctly and succeeds to make ping on internal IP addresses lan, but I do not succeed to resolve the host name.
In options.l2tpd I have writed:

ms-dns 192.168.0.36

.. but it is not served.
Where mistake? thanks
