[Openswan Users] Openswan lockups when stopping service

It looks like the 2.1.2rc1 patch misses something, for instance the 2.1.1 had 
both the include/freeswan and include/openswan dir, the 2.1.2rc1 has the 
include/freeswan dir only.
Am I doing something wrong or is the patch wrong ?
