[Openswan dev] /etc/init.d/setup gets installed again

Wouldn't it make sense to install some kind of whiteboard software where the
current state can be detailed as well as our ideas can be written down and
sorted so we may be able to break this project down to some tasks? I guess this
would really make it easier to start such an effort...
