I did ?  Was this the IPSEC_CONFS/hard coded paths changes ?

I'm confused now,  since Harald mentioned the installed twice issue
and that seemed related to my other checkin for the setup Makefile.

I see Tuomo undid the NOINSTALL setting which is why it's getting
installed twice,  once correctly and once wrongly I suspect :-)

The "doinstall::" should have been doing the install even with NOINSTALL
set,  I must have missed some of the NOINSTALL affects.  Will check this
properly.

Let me know how I messed up setup if you can remember :-)
