[Openswan dev] Ask question about IKE

Dear friend,
I am a student and I have a question I can not resolved for long time.

When negotiate a SA in phase2,how to know which policy in SPDB this SA
should assiated.
I mean which payloads in IKE packet.

I am very urgent,and I hope you can give me  the detailed answer.
