Yes i was applying the latest release patch
openswan-2.4.5rc5.kernel-2.6-klips.patch.gz. It also has the write lock
taken in pfkey_release.

Thanx for the same. Not used git before so good to know new tools :). Will
get back to the list once i checkout the latest developement copy.
