You need to apply
http://www.jacco2.dds.nl/networking/patches/openswan-2.3.0-NATserver.patch
to make it work better..

I am busy trying to get the same thing working:
Win XP -- ADSL Bridge =========== Cisco -- Linux

WinXP box gets public IP, Linux box is static Nat'ed.

Having a look at my logs it seems that 1) Quick Mode fails, and then
2) after Main Mode suceds, it quite happily deletes the new and old
SA's instead of just the old SA.
