[Openswan dev] Opportunistic encryption hardware solution

I like the Opportunistic Encryption idea for OpenSwan.

 It seems like it would be easier (and profitable) to build this into hardware (rather than having sys admins fumble around with installing the software and getting the configuration correct). Are there any existing hardware solutions?
