As $subject says, 2.1.2 hit the web/ftp site this evening.

It's tagged in CVS as R2_1_2, for those people who are tracking
development and need to diff things.

Misc development notes about 2.1.2 - the 'friendly giant' release:

* sendcert= defaults to always. If we run into fragmentation issues, we
can tell people to turn if off, and if it's a major problem, 2.1.3 comes
in to change it back to =ifasked. I don't want to do a 2.1.3.

* OE is disabled by default, via include /etc/ipsec.d/examples/no_oe.conf

* NAT-T Transport mode is enabled (It has been in CVS for months, tho
users@ traffic might have indicated otherwise, it *IS* enabled)

Now back to hacking on HEAD :)

The future is here. It's just not evenly distributed yet.
