The "alg-branch" of openswan-2 has now been pulled up to HEAD.

There are three new test cases:
      1) east-icmp-05	 AES256 encrypt
      2) west-icmp-05	 AES256 decrypt
      3) basic-pluto-04	 AES256 in pluto.

You will need bleeding edge (2004-04-04 snapshot) tcpdump to get AES256
tests to work. That's because tcpdump 3.8.3 didn't account for the
longer IV of AES256.

No testing has been done of ANY other algorithms.

Expect further restructuring of the algo code, and migration of files
so that reachovers into programs/pluto are not necessary.
