[Announce] xl2tpd-1.1.07 released

Xelerance releases xl2tpd-1.1.07
This release is a bugfix release. We are especially interested in hearing
from people who were hit by the xl2tpd bug where no new connections were
being accepted and they had to restart the xl2tpd daemon. Additional
logging added should confirm if this is indeed a pppd bug.
As usual, xl2tpd can be obtained via ftp or http from our servers, and
should appear in your favourite Linux distribution shortly.
