[Openswan Users] cannot load config '/etc/ipsec.conf'

Hello,
There is a typo in the guide. In the /etc/ipsec.conf example, they have
<strong>virtual_private=%v4:10.0.100.0/24
</strong>conn L2TP-PSK
The <strong> tag should be removed so it would be:
<virtual_private=%v4:10.0.100.0/24
conn L2TP-PSK
