[Openswan Users] VPN Application at Workstations

Hi,

 

I have a general question for which an answer seems hard to find on the
internet.

Do you guys know about an free/open-source application for Windows to
connect through an L2TP IPsec VPN?

I want to use such an application in order to ease the process for end-users
to connect to an VPN, instead of letting them configured it themself through
Windows VPN.
