[Openswan Users] Multiple WAN at Remote Endpoint

I have a site-to-site VPN set up between a sonicwall at my main office and a linux machine at my data center.  We're upgrading the internet connection at my office, but keeping the existing internet connection as a backup/failover connection.  What is the best way to configure the openswan VPN so that it can rebuild the connection if the primary internet connection goes down?
