[Openswan Users] IPSEC configuration issue

Dear Team,
Can u please help  me in below IPSEC vpn configuration issue.
I am getting below mentioned error.
 ERROR: recvfrom on eth1 failed; Pluto cannot decode source sockaddr in rejection: unexpected Address Family. Errno 11: Resource temporarily unavailable
