[Openswan Users] Tunnel established but can't ssh or ping

I use netkey.  How do I check for out going ESP packet?

I now have the same problem with my home VPN

My home VPN has been working fine untill now.  I just had the router
replaced with Actiontec C1000A.  It was ZyXel Qwest Q100.  Firewalls on
router are diabled.
