[Openswan Users] Openswan with Freeradius ip assignment

Dear all Openswan contributors,
I can set up Openswan 2.6.28 , xl2tpd 1.2.7 and Freeradius 2.1 successfully.

Now, I want to let Freeradius manage the openswan ip (clients side).  
How should I set up them correctly?
