Thanks for your help, and sorry for the trouble.

I wrote the syntax you recommended, and then I executed the following;

ipsec showhostkey --list
12(1): PSK keyid: @ME.example.com
12(2): PSK keyid: @telefonica.example.com

All the same... so I ask for the passphrase again...  seems like they 
gave me one with one extra cahr... now i get this
