[Openswan Users] xl2tpd problem

hi everyone

 when i config xl2tpd for start automatically (chkconfig xl2tpd on) after
os boot , client cant connect to server. but when i stop xl2tpd service and
run xl2tpd -D  , client can connect to server. it is bad action because i
have to everytime run xl2tpd -D  manually. what should i do? thanks in
advance
