[Openswan Users] klips kernel crash

Hi.

Is this mailing list the preferred forum for bug reports? The reason
I ask is I submitted a report about the klips module crashing
stack-protected linux kernels (https://gsoc.xelerance.com/issues/1293).

Unfortunately, that bug remains unassigned and shows no activity according
to the online tracker.

Have I done this incorrectly or is it normal for bugs to remain unassigned
initially?
