[Openswan Users] EAP-IKEv2/ TNC / ECDSA / OpenSSL

Hello,

I have a couple questions about openswan.

It looks like openswan doesn't support elliptic curve.  Is is possible to
configure openswan to use openssl which does support it?

I'd like to set up  EAP-IKEv2 with EAP-TNC inner protocol to a radius
server (FreeRadius) with a TNC server (probably tnc at ffh) that calls a IMV
plugin.  Is that possible with openswan?
