[Openswan Users] leftsourceip behaving strangely (improperly?)

Leftsourceip suppor has been patched on Fedora to be totally broken.
They suggested the patch to Openswan and I refused to include the patch.

Please bug fedora to remove that patch which breaks *sourceip support.
