This is exactly what I'm seeing:

000 76.27.20.26/32:0 -0-> 72.254.127.24/32:0 => %pass 0    no routed 
template covers this pair

Now for the part I'm less familiar with:  Patching and rebuilding the 
Debian package.  (I do RPM packages professionally... Debian is less 
familiar...)
