[Openswan Users] Host I can ike-scan?

Is there a host that I can run ike-scan against?  (I was hoping to use 
livetest.xelerance.com, but it doesn't resolve to anything in DNS).

My only real aim is to see if I have a firewall (ISP, corporate, etc.) 
blocking IPsec on whatever internet connection I'm using.

And I'm asking here because I'd like to be polite about it, instead of 
scanning the internet, and end up looking like an attacker.
