[Openswan Users] assistance with atypical configuration

There should be a tunnel from A to B and a tunnel from B to D such
that A and D can communicate through the tunnels.
The basic need is that A has to communicate with D, but direct
communication is not possible. Therefore, B and C are used as
intermediaries in this network.
