[Openswan Users] l2tp/ipsec vpn xl2tpd not working

Hi All,
I have been attempting to setup an Openswan vpn server on a Sheevaplug
running:
Linux ubuntu 2.6.32.9 #3 PREEMPT Fri Feb 26 13:11:43 MST 2010 armv5tel
GNU/Linux

I initially used apt-get to install 2.4.12, I followed:

I managed to get STATE_QUICK IPSEC SA established (using windows
L2TP/IPSEC client) using pre-shared keys, however I can't get anywhere
with xl2tpd.

I read on the mailing list that openswan 2.6.24 or higher may solve my
problem.

I downloaded openswan-2.6.25.tar.gz compiled the source files (installed
libgmp3-dev, bison, flex and lsof to do this) and installed.

I still don't get any further than IPSEC SA established.

I've attached a barf file.

Any help would be much appreciated.
