[Openswan Users] Conexion ok, but traffic the side no work

I have a problem as they are, I have one that engages 04/02/1915 openswan
connection with another equally and with the appropriate configuration, the
problem is that from one side to the other can pinear but the other does
not.
The server can not pinear otr is a copy of which has been running very well,
just copy the configuration and iptables.
When pinea from this network, the ping is going through the internet and not
going through the tunnel. may be happening?

OS: centos 5.4
openswan: 2.4.15
iptables , disabled
