plutodebug="all" in ipsec.conf

As I still havent had any luck getting this working, I just wanted to
check that this is the way its supposed to be in the
programs/pluto/Makefile:

# Enable ALLOW_MICROSOFT_BAD_PROPOSAL
CFLAGS+=-DALLOW_MICROSOFT_BAD_PROPOSAL

I didnt add anything to this, its how i found it.
