[Openswan Users] pfkey_sock.c:30: error: 'PF_KEY' undeclared.

I'm getting the above error when trying to run: make programs.

Im attempting to get openswan installed on cygwin. I'm using
cygwin_1.5.25-15 and openswan version 2.6.27.

On cygwin ive installed gmp, gmp-devel, gcc, bison and make. In order for
the install to get this far i needed to rename
openswan-2.6.27/packaging/defaults/cygwin_nt to
openswan-2.6.27/packaging/defaults/cygwin_nt-5.2. I havent had much results
googling the error.
