[Openswan Users] Difference between 2.4 and 2.6 configs?

Hi, Community!

In Debian Lenny (openswan 2.4) I configured ipsec+xl2tp and it worked fine.
Then I copied configs to Ubuntu Jaunty (also openswan 2.4) and it worked
fine too. In Ubuntu Karmic (openswan 2.6) I have several issues:

1) on ipsec restart
IPsec stopped
but...
has /var/run/pluto/ipsec.info file!

2) on ipsec look
IPSEC TABLE
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name.
ROUTING TABLE

There is obviously some difference between 2.4 and 2.6, but my googling gave
me nothing. Please, help me to resolve the issue.
