[Openswan Users] VPN (Openswan- L2TP) (Clients-to-Site)

I'm trying to install a VPN (Openswan- L2TP) (Clients-to-Site)

But I have a problem with the correct setup with the file xl2tpd, for any
reason only see the following error 

#xl2tpd -D 

xl2tpd[8356]: parse_config: line 14: data 'auth file =
/etc/l2tpd/l2tp-secrets' occurs with no context

xl2tpd[8356]: init: Unable to load config file
