[Openswan Users] multiple subnets on one side of the vpn

Hello :)

I'm going to create a vpn between two sites and the network 
administrator of the other site sent me informations about the available 
subnets on his side of the tunnel. He gave me two subnetworks : 
164.129.86.253/32  and 164.129.86.55/32

How can I configure this in openSwan ? Can I put 2 subnets in the 
rightsubnet option of the ipsec.conf file ? What is the correct synthax ?
