[Openswan Users] Pending Phase 2... (ignoring informational payload, type INVALID_COOKIE)

Hello List;

It has been more the a week and still no luck... I'm trying to make tunnel
like below:

172.16.26.0/24===xxx.xxx.xxx.246---xxx.xxx.xxx.241...yyy.yyy.yyy.1===yyy.yyy.yyy.0/24

I've read "Building and Integrating VPN with Openswan" book and I tried
to make my configuration based on examples given in the book, but Phase 2 is
the farest I reached...

The output of
                   debian:~$ ipsec barf
                                                           can be found at

Any advice would be greatly appreciated... thank you.
