[Openswan Users] IPSEC/Pluto terminating

Hi Paul,

Thanks for help so far, it's been a learning curve.

Right I have now successfully created the rpm files as follows

Wrote: /usr/src/redhat/SRPMS/openswan-2.6.23-1.3.src.rpm
Wrote: /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/openswan-2.6.23-1.3.i386.rpm
Wrote: /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/openswan-doc-2.6.23-1.3.i386.rpm
Wrote: /usr/src/redhat/RPMS/i386/openswan-debuginfo-2.6.23-1.3.i386.rpm

My question now is which rpm file do I use and what is the exact command
to perform the upgrade?

Am I also to assume that we hope this upgrade may solve the issue but if
it doesn't the next step would be a core dump?

Thanks again,

Warren

It looks like some patches are applied that are already in the newer
version
of openswan. Look in the spec file for %patch lines and see which one
you
need to comment out.
