[Openswan Users] malformed payload - openswan to sonicwall

My connection from Ubuntu OpenSwan to our company's Sonic wall fails at
STATE_MAIN 12 AND STATE_MAIN 13 but passes STATE_MAIN 14.

A copy of the barf is attached - can anyone see what I need to change?
