Are you using openswan-2.6.24rc1? If not, try it out. Fix for bug #1004
was incorporated in this release, and it does work on Ubuntu 9.04 with
netkey. Stay away from KLIPS on Ubuntu 9.04 for now, as it crashes when
using NAT-T.
