[Openswan Users] Openswan start=auto does not work

I've configured a tunnel with openswan with the option start=auto on Fedora
11.

However, when the linux box starts, ipsec service is started OK but the
tunnel state remains down (ipsec status shows it down)

If I execute "ipsec restart" the tunnel goes up immediately

 

Suggestions?
