	On Fedora, use the init scripts and the service command to start and
stop ipsec.

	service ipsec {stop|start|restart}

	For your debugging logs, look in:  /var/log/secure

	You're running a kernel from updates-testing or rawhide?  I don't see
2.6.29 released to Fedora 10 updates yet.
