I make this changes add leftsourceip=10.10.10.x (internal ip of openwrt) and
this works

Check that you enabled forwarding.
check that you disabled NAT for ipsec packets
check that you are not DROPing ESP packets and/or udp 4500 packets
add leftsourceip=10.10.10.x (internal ip of openwrt)
