[Openswan Users] VPN-Client over two changing ipadresses

Hi,
we use openswan 2.4.4 with kernel 2.4.31. 
We have the problem, that one connection with openswan on both sites come over 
two in 1h changing ip-adresses.
Little bit strange, but we are not able to change this behaivieur.

Here a little art.

Is it maybe an idea to set ?
 keylife=8h
ikelifetime=8h

The Connection is possible but very unstable.
