[Openswan Users] question about IKEv1

Dear friend,
I am a student and I have a question I can not resolved for long time.

When negotiate a SA in phase2,how to know which policy in SPDB this SA
should be assiated.
I mean which payloads in IKEv1 packet.

I am very sorry ,I have send this mail to dev at openswan.org,but nobody give
me the answer,so I send this mail to user at openswan.org.
I am very urgent,and I hope you can give me  the detailed answer.
