If I have understood correctly in this moment with the actually version 
there isn't  possibility to use Openswan (both in the version OSW-2.4.x or 
OSW-2.6.x ) with:

-Fedora Core 10 with kernel 2.6.27 or later kernel versions
-l2tp
-klips
-nat-T

..or pherpas there are another way ?
