[Openswan Users] centos, openswan behind firewall

hi, i have some problems with openswan configuration.
this is my scenario:
centos openswan server(192.168.1.126) --> gateway(192.168.1.99) -->
internet <-- client(windows xp,macosx)

pptp connection is working, but l2tp/ipsec i have no connections. in
logs i cannot find everything.
i tried to find something in internet but nothing that could help me.

can you give me any informations about this problem?
