So this is the problem. I can't recompile the kernel for include Ipsec
support on EC2.

The debian istance has 2.6.21.7-2.fc8xen  kernel. Also including
modules don't works.

For now the question is closed, I'll ask Amazon if I can host them a
Cisco Router for my istance :-))
