All the code has been merged into openswan since earlier in the 2.6.x series.
The last bit, the "ng patch", which is a patch required to the kernel code
outside of the klips module, was released a in 2.6.20 or 2.6.21 I believe.
However, we do not have the resources currently to update the patch to newer
kernels, so you will have to run an older kernel, or invest some time to work
on the patch.

We will not be porting this to NETKEY, but perhaps someone else will take on
that task.
