[Openswan Users] ipsec starts with warning "cannot adjust KLIPS flags"

That's odd. Are you sure you are not running a 2.6.22rc candidate? 
I specifically tested this, and Harald confirmed, that this was fixed.

Regardless, it is harmless unless you wanted to deviate from the standard
hidetos= and fragicmp= settings.
